I'm starting this blog in order to keep track of my food intake. I'm not necessarily on a specific diet, but I'm watching what I eat and try to be selective rather than go for junk as I normally do.
Also, starting today I will be taking pictures of what I eat and post them all up on a daily basis.
Day 1:
Fruit Yoghurt
Hazelnut Iced Latte
Chicken breast & vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots)
Grapes
Go ahead snack bar
Green tea
